I qualified from Cardiff University in 2010 whilst also working on the acute stroke unit as an assistant throughout my training. On graduating I worked across all physiotherapy specialisms gaining a broader knowledge before moving into neurological positions in acute stroke, neurological outpatients, and general and neurological community rehabilitation.

I regularly attend training courses to advance my knowledge and treatment skills and am passionate about ongoing development.

My work is divided between Physio Where You Are and the Nottinghamshire County Stroke Team where I am a specialist physiotherapist.

My interests are varied and include climbing, martial arts, and writing.
