Hannah
I joined the PWYA team in 2016 and as a Musculoskeletal physiotherapist, I see both patients with underlying neurological conditions often alongside the Neuro Physios and have an independent caseload of patients with orthopaedic, spinal, and mobility difficulties.
I qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Hertfordshire in 2001 and moved to Nottingham the following year to work at the Nottingham City Hospital. I have continued to work at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy in 2005.
I have gained experience working at a senior level across a variety of MSK specialties and in Advanced Practitioner roles and now work in Outpatients at NUH. I enjoy learning and have undertaken several masters modules including advanced practice.
Outside of work I enjoy staying active with yoga, swimming, walking and running, working up a good appetite to enjoy my other love of cooking. I am also an active member of the local church helping out with youth work.
